Our exhibit space has grown nearly 50% and speaker sessions are moving to larger presentation halls to ensure everyone can have a seat.
We have also partnered with some groups for "Shows-within-a-Show" expanding the reach of VCF!

We've partnered with a few groups to bring their shows into VCF Southwest!
MDCon
We were contacted by a group of Sony MiniDisc (MD) enthusiasts to bring the first MDCon to VCF Southwest. They will have a variety of exhibits including MD Players for attendees to try as well as sessions discussing the history and preservation of the format.
Tandy Assembly
We’ve also partnered with Tandy Assembly to bring a Tandy Assembly Meetup to Dallas, which is perfect, since it is the former home of Tandy / RadioShack.

Volunteering
VCF Southwest is a 100% volunteer run event and it takes a village to make the show happen.
If you are interested in volunteering during the show please fill out our volunteer form at the link below.
Volunteers receive:

Entry into the show for the entire weekend so you may explore the exhibits and attend sessions outside your volunteer hours

A VCF Southwest T-Shirt

If you are a student in need of volunteer hours we will be glad to fill out any paperwork for you to receive credit

Parking
Free parking for the event will be in the garage adjacent to the venue (PS1) on levels 2 and above.
Large vehicles and trailers may park in Lot D or C adjacent to the parking garage
