VCF Southwest 2026 - Terms & Conditions
1. Code of Conduct
The VCF Southwest organizers will not tolerate any unacceptable behaviors including, but not limited to, intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct to attendees, other exhibitors, or anyone attending the show. Anyone violating the Code of Conduct may be removed and trespassed from the venue.
2. Installation-Showing-Dismantling

Load in will be between 9am and 6pm Friday, May 29. Any exceptions to this window must be approved in advance.

At no time can load-in or out constitute a safety hazard to exhibitors, attendees, sponsors, or show staff.

All exhibits must be removed by 5pm Sunday, May 31.

For liability reasons, show staff and volunteers will not assist with loading.
3. Damage to Property
Exhibitor is liable for any damage caused to building floors, walls, or columns, standard booth equipment, or to other exhibitors’ property.
4. Booths
Exhibitors are permitted the 6' by 5' (or 6' by 11' space for endcap booths) space(s) purchased here. Exhibitors are not to encroach on nor obstruct any other exhibitor space.
5. Sound Rule
Exhibits are allowed to make sound. VCF Southwest staff may ask you to turn the volume down at their discretion.
6. Eligible Exhibits
Exhibits must be related to vintage computing. VCF Southwest has the sole right to determine the eligibility of any exhibits. Any exhibit registrations deemed not fitting will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Amendment to Rules
Any matters not specifically covered by the proceeding rules shall be determined at the sole discretion of VCF Southwest staff. These rules may be amended at any time by VCF Southwest staff without notice, and all amendments so made shall be binding on exhibitors equally with the foregoing rules and regulations.
